O Real Madrid (ESP) avançou consideravelmente nas negociações para contratar o goleiro Alisson, da Roma (ITA) e da Seleção Brasileira. Ao ponto de ter corrido para anunciar o jogador antes da estreia brasileira na Copa do Mundo, neste domingo contra a Suíça, como fora um pedido do próprio arqueiro. Mas o prazo não será cumprido, portanto, a tendência é que a oficialização da transação fique para depois da passagem do Brasil no Mundial.

Também pretendido pelo Liverpool (ING), Alisson tem preferência pelo Real Madrid, aspecto que teve peso na evolução das tratativas. Mas o goleiro sempre foi firme em passar aos seus representantes a intenção de iniciar o Mundial com sua situação resolvida. Por isso, dirigentes e empresários se apressaram, mas não foi possível. Agora, o foco será não criar um fato novo durante a Copa.

O exemplo vem do provável futuro comandante do goleiro. Dois dias antes da estreia da Espanha na Copa, o técnico Julen Lopetegui foi demitido após ser oficializado como novo comandante do Real Madrid. A situação gerou uma crise histórica na Furia, que empatou em 3 a 3 com Portugal na estreia na última sexta-feira. Curioso é que a contratação do técnico fez o Real agilizar as tratativas, o que animou Alisson.

O caso, porém, foi levado como lição no ambiente da Seleção Brasileira e com Alisson não foi diferente. Desde que chegou à Rússia, a Seleção passou por uma mudança com relação à situação dos jogadores com possíveis transferências. Não houve trânsito de empresários na concentração em Sochi, onde está concentrada. Muito diferente do período em Liverpool, onde o Brasil encarou a Croácia no último dia 3. Lá, a venda de Fred para o Manchester United (ING) foi definida e Alisson teve situação avançada, tanto com o Liverpool quanto com o Real, que acabou tomando a frente.

Para ter o camisa 1 da Seleção, o Real Madrid já sinalizou em pagar cerca de 60 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 261 milhões). A Roma abriu as conversas com 100 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 263 milhões), mas ambas as partes sabem que não será por esse valor que o goleiro será negociado. Quem acompanha as conversas estima que um acordo pode ser fechado perto do que o Real sinalizou.

Less than a month ago Steve Snell, the former Gloucestershire wicketkeeper, was playing Minor Counties cricket for Hertfordshire but on Sunday he will fly with Somerset to the Champions League Twenty20 qualifier in Hyderabad.Somerset have been given a headache over their wicketkeeping position due to the likely England call-ups of Craig Kieswetter and Jos Buttler for the two Twenty20 internationals against West Indies next week. The matches coincide with the qualifying event in Hyderabad from where three teams will join the main Champions League event.Somerset went through a similar scenario at the end of August when Kieswetter and Buttler were both in the Twenty20 squad to face India and called up Snell, 28, for the final CB40 group match against Essex – which they needed to win to qualify for the semi-finals – where he made an unbeaten 18 and took two catches. He then played the following Championship match against Hampshire, but the feeling was that Somerset would gamble on using 19-year-old Alex Barrow behind the stumps.”I think we might have been made to look ridiculous had we not taken a specialist keeper,” Brian Rose, Somerset’s director of cricket, told the club website. “Alex Barrow could have done it at a pinch, but it wouldn’t have been fair on him. Steve Snell did a good job for us in the CB40 game with Essex and on the opening day of the Championship game with Hampshire so he was the obvious choice.”Snell, though, will not be needed if Somerset qualify for the next stage of the tournament because Kieswetter and Buttler will be able to come into the squad providing they get clearance from England. The same applies for George Dockrell, the Ireland left-arm spinner, who isn’t available for the early matches due to international commitments. Apesar dos 57 anos, Tite ainda tem dificuldade para dosar a ansiedade antes da Copa do Mundo. O treinador da Seleção Brasileira admitiu que os “fantasminhas” o atormentaram na semana de estreia contra a Suíça, mas nem por isso fez uso de medicamento para pegar no sono. Neste sábado, na entrevista antes da partida em Rostov, o comandante brincou com a situação.

-Não tomo remédio. Para quem fez oito cirurgias, nove, tenho aversão para não dormir. Tento administrar meus fantasminhas, meus anseios, meu lado humano, por mais que eu tenha experiência, essa expectativa acaba gerando. Fico no meu canto, procuro assistir a situações importantes, preparar a palestra, ficar focado naquilo que é importante eu gastar energias. Focar naquilo que é importante na preparação para o jogo. O trabalho realizado nos dá muita expectativa mas também uma paz, estamos construindo algo muito forte – avaliou o comandante da Seleção.

O assunto da fé do treinador também foi abordado na entrevista. Por todo lugar que passa, ele procura um lugar para fazer oração. Tite diz que esse ritual o fortalece como pessoa.

-A espiritualidade e oração, independentemente da religião, me tornam um ser humano melhor. Eu busco isso, ser um ser humano melhor e faço sempre – disse.

Um ser humano melhor, mas não acima do bem e do mal. O homem que comanda o sonho de milhões de brasileiros que esperam a conquista do hexa na Rússia rejeitou fortemente o rótulo de unanimidade no país.

-Eu não sou unanimidade, isso não me envaidece. Mas tem muitas pessoas que não gostam do meu estilo e nem de mim. E tenho conflitos como ser humano. Mas o que a gente tem é em grupo e uma característica de potencializar uns aos outros – declarou Tite.

O treinador se esforça para tirar um peso demasiado sobre os jogadores para a estreia. Ele utilizou números para argumentar que uma vitória na estreia não é tão essencial assim na busca pelo caneco.

-Anos atrás eu pensava: “Tem de ganhar o primeiro jogo! Tem de ganhar!” Aí pensei e fui ver os números: com nove pontos, todos classificaram. Com sete pontos, todos classificaram até hoje. Com seis pontos, todos classificaram! Com cinco pontos, todos classificaram! Então tem uma característica diferente da competição nessa fase de três jogos. Interpretação desses números – concluiu Tite.

Neste domingo, na Arena Rostov, a espera terá chegado ao fim. E o treinador saberá se valeram as horas em que perdeu o sono para tentar aplicar seus conceitos.

Ryan McLaren put in a solid all-round performance as the Knights beat the Titans by six wickets in Centurion. The victory puts the Knights on top of log after the first-round.The Titans were off to a speedy start on the first morning, with Jacques Rudolph’s 80 off 81 balls ensuring the scored over 100 runs in the first session. While Rudolph was racing ahead at one end Johann van der Wath and McLaren were piercing through at the other. The pair took five wickets between them before lunch and van der Wath continued the charge after to bowl the Titans out for 227.Fourteen wickets fell on a fairly placid pitch at SuperSport Park with youngster Machant de Lange and CJ de Villiers reducing the Knights to 43 for 4. Ryan Bailey engineered the recovery with a patient 86 and formed two key partnerships, a fifth-wicket stand of 60 with Morne van Wyk and a sixth-wicket effort of 65 runs with McLaren. Bailey spent four and half hours steering the Knights to safety but it was McLaren’s almost six-hour stint at the crease that helped them build a lead.The Titans bowlers were all economical but struggled to penetrate and legspinner Shaun von Berg’s 3 for 100 was their best return. McLaren managed the tail well and his last-wicket stand of 50 with Quinton Friend was key to the Knights advantage. They were bowled out for 400 , a lead of 173.McLaren struck the first blow in the Titans reply, removing Tumelo Bodibe for 12, with the Titans still 136 runs behind. Rudolph continued to stake his claim for a national place with a fluent 54 and was assisted by Henry Davids’ defiant 95. The beauty of his innings was that he offered no chances to the Lions toiling bowlers. He struck the ball with finesse, showing sublime early-season form. Vaughn van Jaasrveld, another Dolphin who was playing against his old team, complemented Amla well and raced to a century.The Lions lacked firepower, save for a spell from Craig Alexander late on the third day, where he managed to extract bounce with an old ball. Two pacy 48s, from David Miller and Frylinck, saw the Dolphins declare on 567, a lead of 208. With time running out and rain hanging in the air, there was not going to be enough time for a result and the Lions whittled down their deficit, with another half-century from Petersen, and built a lead of 52 to end the match in a draw.

Ford is currently the official sponsors of the six major domestic teams and the official vehicle supplier to New Zealand Cricket, the men’s and women’s senior teams.The tournament was earlier called the New Zealand Cricket One Day Competition. “Cricket has already benefited from the investment Ford has made in the sport at both domestic and international levels,” Justin Vaughan, NZC chief executive, said. “To be able to link the highly regarded Ford name to our one-day competition – which has a rich tradition of developing our best players – further strengthens that partnership.”The first match of the Ford Trophy for the 2011-12 season will be played on November 25, with the final scheduled for February 12, 2012.

اتخذ الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “فيفا” قراراً جديدًا بشأن أزمة محمود عبد المنعم كهربا لاعب الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الأهلي، بعد جلسة الاستماع التي كان محدد لها شهر فبراير الحالي، وذلك بسب الغرامة الموقعة علي اللاعب لصالح الزمالك.

كهربا كان قد تعرض للإيقاف لمدة 6 أشهر، بسبب فسخ تعاقده مع الزمالك في وقت سابق من جانب واحد، وبعد انقضاء المدة عاد وشارك مع الأهلي ولكن لم يسدد الغرامة الموقعة عليه.

وعلم “بطولات” أن فيفا قرر منح كهربا 60 يوماً مهلة أخيرة لدفع مبلغ 2,4 مليون دولار لنادي الزمالك، تبدأ من اليوم مع غرامة مالية 30 ألف فرانك.
